Had several pieces of jewelry that were in need of repair and, although requesting the repairs close to the holidays, was not sure if all the pieces would be completed before Christmas. Incredibly all pieces were repaired at least a week before Christmas and every piece looked new and beautiful. Veronica was very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She also helped me choose another piece of jewelry for a gift and made that process easier since I was so unsure exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend The Gem Collection for any jewelry repair or purchase.
